This version adds the Magic Wand Tool, improves some features and fixes some bugs. Below is the release-note.
Features:
Add Magic Wand Tool. This tool allows you to select an area of an image based on its colour.
On Windows 7, the progress information while processing image can be displayed on the taskbar button.
The installer can detect the existed VC runtime to avoid the repeated installation.
Fixed Bugs:
Correct the display precision problem of selections while the view scale is larger than 100%.
Cursors of Marquee Selection Tools are displayed incorrectly when the overlapping mode is 'add' or 'substract'.
